Shipping Information Envie wants you to be completely thrilled with your amazing purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items they may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange (less the shipping costs). We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. All sale items and jewelry are final sale. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags in place. Any items returned in less than perfect condition unfortunately cannot be credited. Returns ~ Timing Once we receive your package, we will mail your store credit certificate immediately. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. How to Return We recommend you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. The return delivery service is your choice, although for speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Shipping is not refundable. Exchanges To obtain an exchange call Envie Customer Service at 512.371.1336 to arrange for the exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send the new order by UPS or FedEx. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order has shipped. *Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing Returns/Exchanges. Damages Your purchase is carefully inspected upon packing. If you receive a shipment that you feel has been damaged please contact our customer service department within three days. Sales Tax Orders shipped within the state of Texas will pay 8.25% sales tax. All other orders are exempt. Shipping Fee Envie ships via UPS. We do not currently ship internationally. Tracking an Order You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. |
